​We take immense pride in the quality of our scouted leather. If your belt doesn't meet your expectations or the fit isn't perfect, we are here to help.

​1. Exchange Window

You have 7 days from the date of delivery or collection to request an exchange or store credit.

​2. Condition for Return

To be eligible, the belt must be:

• ​Unworn and in its original condition.
• ​Accompanied by the original packaging.
• ​Free of any new marks or additional holes punched into the leather.

​3. Natural Variations

Please note that our Apex Series features genuine natural textures. Small variations in the "spine" pattern are a hallmark of authenticity and are not considered defects.

​4. Process

To initiate a return, please contact us via our website or WhatsApp. Customers are responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning the item to us, but we will cover the cost of sending your replacement belt for your first exchange.
