​1. Products and Quality

Vanguard specializes in premium genuine leather goods. Because we use natural materials, slight variations in texture and color (especially in the Apex Series) are a sign of authenticity and not a defect.

​2. Orders and Payments

All orders are subject to availability. Payments must be cleared before any item is dispatched or handed over.

​3. Delivery and Pick-ups

We offer delivery across South Africa. If a delivery is unsuccessful due to incorrect information provided by the customer, a re-delivery fee may apply.

​4. Returns and Exchanges

Items can be exchanged within 7 days of purchase, provided they are in their original, unworn condition with all packaging intact. We do not offer refunds for change of mind, but we are happy to provide store credit or an alternative size.

​5. Care and Maintenance

Vanguard is not responsible for damage caused by improper care (e.g., exposure to extreme heat or harsh chemicals). Please refer to our Official Leather Care Guide in the Media section for maintenance instructions.
